1 1/2 lbs of large fresh or frozen shrimp, head and shells on
1/4 cup dry white wine
3-4 Tbs Omnivore Limone 2 Tbs sweet paprika
4 Tbs SICILIA
1/2 lemon juiced
2 Tbs finely chopped parsley
8 Tbs extra virgin olive oil 4 garlic cloves thinly slices
1. In a large skillet, heat 8 Tbs of the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and shrimp to the pan. Sprinkle with Ominviore Limone and sweet paprika and cook for 3-4 mins. Turn shrimp over, add the white wine and Sicilia and cook for another 3-4 mins combining the ingredients. Serve with parsley, lemons and hot bread to get every last drop of this delicious sauce!
