Thanks to all the students who took part in the Omnivore's first gnocchi and fresh pasta making class!
For seven hours, while drinking Angelo's delicious Pinot and his homemade food, we experienced different techniques to make fresh pasta, shaped perfect gnocchi, and got comfortable in using a pasta machine and a professional extruder.
We then cooked all together four different pasta and gnocchi recipes, and learned Angelo's tricks on how to make pasta dishes go from good to outstanding.
