On June 25th, we spent a day at the Shed with a small group of Omnivores making sausages from scratch!

Angelo, Veronica and Beth taught to an intimate gathering of 10 people how to break down select cuts of meat and then perfectly season them with Omnivore Salt. For a whole afternoon we ground, stuffed, laughed, told stories, ate and learned secrets of the Italian kitchen from Angelo's Sicilian wisdom.
